The arts have been central to the AHN experience since our founding in 1884, with seasonal concerts, dramas, art shows, and major musical productions.
We promote the performing and visual arts in every way we can, offering classes and club opportunities in music, drama, painting, ceramics, photography, videography, and graphic design, with graduates attending FIT, University of Rochester’s Eastman School, and other prestigious arts institutions and programs. We know our students have talent and we provide every opportunity for that talent to flourish.
On Stage at the AHN Campus Arts Center
Musicals at AHN are exciting, popular, and spectacular! They are performed on the stage of our Campus Arts Center and each spring production is a community effort, with parents working alongside students and faculty to create our extraordinary shows. Musicals are produced within both school divisions, giving all our students opportunities to perform on stage or work behind the scenes on sound or lighting.
