ALBANY—The Holy Names girls’ basketball team was forced to grow up quickly this season after five key offensive pieces, including four starters, graduated or transferred from its 2024-25 squad.
“We’ve had to use games as lessons whether we won or lost,” said Holy Names coach Steve Gigliello, who is in his 20th season with the program. “We spent a lot of time watching film. It’s a testament to them just working every single day and getting better.” Read more here.
