Dr. Martin Kilbridge, President of Academy of the Holy Names, announced today the newest supporter of AHN’s Partners in Education program: the Carl E. Touhey Foundation.
“We feel so fortunate to have the support of the Carl E. Touhey Foundation for the Partners in Education program. Partners directly impact the life of a student who would not otherwise be able to attend Holy Names. For these young women, what might have previously been only a dream is now a reality,” Dr. Kilbridge said.
“We at the Carl E. Touhey Foundation chose to support the Partners in Education program at Academy of the Holy Names because it aligns with our desire to advance educational opportunities for minority students from underserved communities in the City of Albany. Educating these students so they can excel and achieve their goals helps level the playing field and build a brighter future. By becoming a Partner, the Foundation provides deserving students the chance to attend Holy Names which can hugely impact their future opportunities,” Charles Touhey, President of the Carl E. Touhey Foundation said.
Other corporate and foundational partners for the Partners in Education Program include:
MM Hayes, Graypoint, J.H. Maloy, Inc., Berkshire Bank, Capital Bank, SNJM, McCarthy Charities, the Warren & Denyse Mackey Foundation, Review Foundation, Inc., the Rose and Kiernan Charitable Foundation, the Goldberg Foundation, the Foy Foundation and the Community Foundation of the Greater Capital Region.
